Hi! I’m lorenza, a mexican-italian who loves traveling and helping others.

Love snorkeling and diving, travel blog

Ever since I can remember I measure time through my travels or remember my age because of where I was in the world. I was born in Mexico and have grown up there for most of my life, but travel has marked me from a very young age. I’ve been incredibly lucky and privileged to have traveled since I was born, even if it was just a car trip to another city. I’ve had a passport and visas before I could walk.

I am not a nomad. I own my company in Mexico and love what I do, but the wandering bug always gets me!

I fit my travels into my lifestyle, always save up and spend all my money on traveling (and food)!

Travel has also been the only time in my life when I don’t feel the suffocating effects of depression, where anxiety is kept at bay as I feel free and in control. Even when things don’t go my way during a trip, it’s the only times I manage to throw my hands in the air, shrug, and go with the flow.  Check out these funny travel stories.

In this travel and lifestyle blog you’re going to find guides to cities I love, foods you have to try, experiences, and tips on traveling. I will also put out information and guides on mental health. I hope my story on depression and anxiety can help others and empower them to take on traveling as a destressor.

I have lived abroad in 4 countries, visited 32. Hiked up to Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan, voyaged to Antarctica, cruised the Peruvian Amazon, dived with bull sharks, explored in between conferences in Lisboa, and eaten so much sushi in Japan

Meet Mishka

Mishka is my Emotional Support Animal. He helps me cope with my daily anxiety and depression, and travels with me almost everywhere I go. He has flown even 12 hour trips! I have a ton of tips for traveling with dogs internationally, and even moving with them.

My now ex-husband and I moved to Rome from Mexico with our three dogs, Mishka, Groot and Timon.

After this fateful pandemic, we parted ways and got divorced. My family separated with Mishka and I staying behind in our newly renovated home in Rome.

Although I love to travel with friends and family, traveling solo with Mishka as my partner is so rewarding!
